Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring an Armed Security Officer Patrol Inspection in San Bernardino, CA. The role involves serving clients, performing routine patrols of government locations, maintaining a visible deterrent, and delivering professional customer service on a night schedule. Position Type: Full Time.

Pay Rate: $24.11 / Hour. You will monitor access points, respond to incidents, and complete shift documentation.

Competenze

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public by following site-specific procedures and applicable policies and responding to incidents as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned government buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify hazards and policy violations.

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, county facility policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned government buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify authorization as directed and provide clear directions to public services and facility locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact emergency services and notify appropriate site representatives as required.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
