Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer for a full-time, unarmed patrol position in Leesburg, VA. The role involves campus patrols, customer service to students and staff, and adherence to site procedures.

Strong communication and integrity are essential, with background checks and drug screening as part of employment requirements. The position offers a daytime schedule with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays, and a pay rate of $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Respond to incidents, student or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate school personnel and/or emergency responders as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, provide directions, and help maintain an orderly environment for educational operations.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and shift reports; communicate observations and relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Computer Literacy in Leesburg, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.
