As an Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will help support a welcoming residential community through mobile patrols, access control, and professional resident and visitor interactions. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will maintain a visible presence, help deter security-related incidents, and communicate concerns with integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, streets, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vehicle, and vendor activity in accordance with community policies and post orders.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and policy violations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
