Allied Universal, North America\'s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Service in Falls Church, VA. The role involves safeguarding clients, performing routine rounds, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering compassionate customer service in healthcare settings.

You will work full-time with day shift schedule, including evenings and weekends, and earn $20.00 per hour.

Formación

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver\'s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and directions while maintaining a professional presence in patient care and public areas.
• Document observations, incidents, and responses accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency personnel.
