Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license as per policy requirements.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients following site policies and confidentiality.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, access issues, and critical situations professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance issues.
• Complete detailed activity reports and shift handoffs with clear communication.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed in Savannah, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Armed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, property concerns, hazards, and maintenance issues according to site-specific procedures.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while maintaining professional communication with onsite staff and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
