As a Security Officer Full Time TWIC Access Control in El Segundo, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the business and perimeter, to help identify unauthorized access and potential security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors while supporting a controlled and professional environment at a financial-services location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
