Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, invites you to join as a Security Officer Full Time Threat Detection in Fremont, CA. In this role you will patrol, deter incidents, provide exceptional customer service, and document security-related activities for diverse automotive locations.

Responsibilities include monitoring access points, reporting incidents, and maintaining clear communications with site leadership.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen may be required per policy.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout automotive manufacturing, production, and perimeter areas, while reporting unusual conditions and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor and contractor procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and completed activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
