Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Emergency Readiness in Fremont, CA. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and provide exceptional service to clients across automotive and related facilities.

Requirements include at least 1 year of security experience, high school diploma or equivalent; guard card/license preferred. CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour

• Thur07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

• Sat07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around automotive manufacturing, office, warehouse, and perimeter areas, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
