Qualifications

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and personnel while enforcing site procedures and security policies.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and vehicles and document findings.
• Monitor access points and shipping/receiving areas; verify credentials and follow entry/exit protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, and perimeter.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and vehicles in accordance with location procedures, documenting findings and escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Monitor access points and shipping or receiving areas, verifying credentials and following established entry and exit protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
