What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other security‑related systems from the assigned post; report unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Support a professional corporate environment by providing directions, answering routine inquiries, and assisting with delivery, vendor, and guest access procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
