As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Concierge in KANSAS CITY, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment by responding to security-related concerns and supporting site procedures. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification, managing visitor registration, and issuing access credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while protecting confidential information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
