Qualifications

• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a front desk location by following site security procedures.
• Welcome visitors, verify ID and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor front desk communications, answer calls, direct inquiries, and explain entry procedures and facility guidelines.
• Respond calmly to incidents and security concerns, escalating as needed.
• Observe and report unusual activity and deter unauthorized access through professional presence.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a front desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Welcome visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor front desk communications, answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to appropriate personnel, and provide clear information regarding entry procedures and facility guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Observe and report unusual activity, maintain awareness of the lobby and adjacent entry areas, and help to deter unauthorized access through professional presence and adherence to access-control procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
