Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Operate the front desk, greet and screen visitors, issue visitor credentials, maintain sign-in records, and direct guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems, and report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Support building operations by maintaining accurate logs, receiving deliveries as directed, and communicating relevant information to property management and Allied Universal leadership.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
