• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required only for driving positions.

What You\'ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests in accordance with building procedures.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and building communications systems, reporting unusual conditions or security‑related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while providing professional support to building management and occupants.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 5 years of security‑related experience.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
