Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in line with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, and directing guests according to site procedures.
• Monitor visitor entry and exit activity, maintain required logs, and communicate relevant information to appropriate site contacts.
• Assist with access control processes and report unusual activity, incidents, and policy concerns in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
