Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Perimeter Patrol in Clarksville, TN. The role involves patrolling a logistics site, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

You will monitor entry points, document observations, and follow site procedures while representing Allied Universal’s values of integrity, teamwork and care.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal, state and local laws.
• Company may consider applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be needed per state/local rules.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Document patrols, incidents and observations and share information with site contacts and leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Perimeter Patrol in Clarksville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document observations while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and unusual activity in required reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
