Job summary

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transportation facilities, public areas, parking locations, and perimeters.
• Monitor entrances/exits and report unusual activity, hazards, policy violations, or unauthorized persons.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel and responders.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation per policy.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transportation facilities, public areas, parking locations, building perimeters, and other assigned locations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated access points; observe and report unusual activity, hazards, policy violations, and/or unauthorized persons.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
