Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for full-time patrol presence in Imperial, PA. You will protect clients across Retail/Malls, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents.

The role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings. A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions, with a schedule Tue-Sat and a pay rate of $16.45 per hour.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Presence in Imperial, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. You will communicate clearly, respond professionally to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with site entry procedures and reporting irregular conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain awareness of changing conditions across the location and communicate security-related concerns, hazards, and incidents according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
