As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Operations in Mt. Lebanon, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail and mall location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with visitors, tenants, and team members while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within the location, and assist with directing visitors, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
