Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Chula Vista, CA. You will provide customer service to tenants and visitors while performing routine unarmed patrols of the property and monitoring entry points.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and compliance with background checks and drug screening. This is a full-time position with day and evening shifts.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns, and maintain accurate incident and daily activity documentation.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Chula Vista, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with tenants and visitors, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and a caring approach.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
