Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior work areas, exterior grounds, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, providing courteous direction and escalating access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying designated contacts as required.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Badge Authentication in Newtown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while assisting visitors and personnel. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

• Tue 12:00 AM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 12:00 AM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 12:00 AM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 12:00 AM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 12:00 AM - 06:00 AM

• 21+ Years of Age (C101): All candidates must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application. This requirement is essential for compliance with [specific laws or regulations, if applicable].
• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Candidates should possess experience with access control systems and badge management. This experience is crucial for roles that involve security and access management within our facilities.
• Customer Service Experience (B219): A background in customer service is required for all positions that involve direct interaction with clients or customers. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
