Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies according to established protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to deter unauthorized entry and report suspicious activity or breaches.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff, providing assistance and maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Complete and submit reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with team members and site management to address security-related needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
