• Respond to incidents calmly and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports per Allied Universal requirements.

• Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate common areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and access points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
