Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Senior Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA. You will monitor and protect a commercial real estate site, perform visible patrols, assist tenants and visitors, and respond calmly to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by following site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior, exterior, parking, and perimeter areas to identify unusual activity and report issues.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly; notify appropriate personnel and document observations per site procedures.
• Monitor property access and assist visitors to designated areas as required.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with supervision and site representatives.

As a Security Officer Senior Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a driving Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and contribute through teamwork and integrity while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM


• Tue: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM


• Wed: 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM


• Thur: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations according to site procedures.


• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and vendor activity, and assist with directing individuals to appropriate areas in accordance with site-specific requirements.


• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with Allied Universal supervision and property representatives regarding incidents, patrol findings, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess supervisory experience.


• Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience.


• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
