You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide customer service at a food & beverage distribution site, following site policies and reporting procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures and site policies at a distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor activity.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports and communicate with site contacts and leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Support in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $13.91 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Tue 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Wed 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Thur 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
