Job summary

Allied Universal in Fulton, Missouri is seeking an unarmed Mobile Patrol Security Officer. You will patrol the site, deter incidents, monitor access points, and deliver courteous customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

The position is full-time with daytime to early evening shifts, and pays $16.28 per hour. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you may be subject to background checks and a drug screen in accordance with applicable laws.

• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, access activity, and other security-related matters.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Fulton, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help deter incidents, support access control, and respond to alarm-related activity while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, delivery drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, verifying authorized entry, and directing visitors and drivers in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations and actions taken.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, access activity, and other security-related matters in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
