As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Operations in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Driving Security Officer at a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of utility facilities, access points, equipment areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify authorized personnel and visitor credentials, and maintain accurate activity logs as required.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to the appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.n
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
