Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time - Overnight in Savannah, GA. You will protect clients in aerospace/defense sectors, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible security presence while controlling access and greeting visitors.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and strong customer service. Overnight schedule Wed–Sat 11 PM–7 AM; pay is $18.00 per hour.

As a Security Officer Full Time - Overnight in Savannah, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist with access control and visitor interactions. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, aircraft-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and credential requirements, assisting with visitor and contractor entry in accordance with established procedures for restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete detailed activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
