Job summary

Allied Universal in Savannah, GA is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed for weekends. You will protect clients across Aero/Defense and other sectors, perform patrols, monitor access, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence. Must be 19+, valid driver's license, and able to lift up to 20 lbs.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience and access control familiarity are preferred.
• Be at least 19 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, aircraft support areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 19 years of age for role
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
