Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor registration, and issue temporary credentials in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain accurate access logs, visitor records, and incident documentation while reporting access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by managing visitor access, verifying credentials, monitoring alarm panels, and responding to security-related concerns.
