This full-time position offers daytime shifts and a pay rate of $17.00 per hour, with responsibilities including access control, incident response, and routine patrols.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures and policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify approved access, and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for appropriate personnel.
• Conduct patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity.
• Communicate professionally with residents and staff and report maintenance or security issues.

• Communicate professionally with residents and property staff while reporting maintenance concerns, access issues, and security-related incidents.

As a Security Officer Credential Verification in Burnsville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will support a residential community by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access, and providing outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. You will maintain a visible presence, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns while helping to deter incidents. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
