Allied Universal, Brookfield, WI, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver. You will serve and safeguard clients across utilities and other facilities, perform routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service.

A valid driver's license is required to operate company vehicles. The position is full time with daytime/night shifts as listed and a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Brookfield, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a utilities location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities-related location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, perimeter, parking areas, and access points to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in accordance with post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
