As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Information Services in Santa Monica, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate setting, you will welcome tenants and visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the building, greet and screen visitors, verify credentials as required, and direct guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, issue visitor credentials and/or access cards, and support sign-in and sign-out procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, and building entry points from the front desk to help deter unauthorized access and support a professional environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferred ability to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
