As a Security Officer Full Time Jacintoport in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related needs with integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour

• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, building exteriors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by observing personnel, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
