Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Patrol in Wexford, PA. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

• Must meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals as needed.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding grounds to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directions, and access-control procedures in accordance with site policies.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as needed.
