Qualifications

• Greet visitors, tenants, vendors, and clients professionally.
• Maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs and issue temporary access credentials.
• Monitor lobby conditions and report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and follow emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with building management and security leadership as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk of a commercial real estate location, assisting tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients with access procedures and general information.
• Monitor visitor activity, maintain accurate visitor and contractor records, issue temporary access credentials as directed, and communicate arrival notifications to appropriate building contacts.
• Carry out site‑specific security‑related procedures, including reviewing access requests, monitoring lobby conditions, and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain clear written logs and incident reports, and coordinate with building management, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
