As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Operations in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while supporting a secure environment for employees, visitors, and customers. You will manage access, greet and assist guests, monitor activity, communicate professionally, and report security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and employees at the front desk of a financial institution, following site-specific policies and security-related procedures.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining entry records, and directing guests to appropriate contacts or areas.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and inquiries in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of activity in the lobby and reception area.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and promptly report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
