Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for a financial institution in Boca Raton, FL. You will deter incidents through high visibility, perform patrols, and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors while reporting observations promptly.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of security experience, a guard card/license, and a high school diploma. Expect a full-time schedule with a competitive hourly pay rate and strict adherence to site policies.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Corporatein Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a financial institution, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and report observations promptly. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials and/or authorization, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor security-related systems, report maintenance or operational concerns, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Minimum of 2 years of security experience.
• Possess a guard card/license.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
