Security Officer Full Time Access Entry in Palm City, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year of security experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while enforcing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization, and direct guests according to procedures.
• Respond calmly to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to leadership and site contacts.

Security Officer Full Time Access Entry in Palm City, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a residential community, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor activity, and provide courteous assistance to residents, guests, and vendors. Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, property policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, maintain visitor records, and direct authorized guests according to community procedures.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and access-control issues to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for roles.
• Minimum of 1 year of security experience.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
