As a Security Officer Full Time Experienced Patrol Driver in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer at a residential community, where you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support residents and visitors with exceptional customer service. This driving position offers the opportunity to communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and contribute to a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and care.

Position Type: Full Time / Overnight Shift

Pay Rate: $22.25 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential community grounds, building exteriors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the residential location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, incident documentation, and communications with site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
