Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes and maintain access records.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access following procedures for deliveries, contractors, and restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter to identify security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out site‑specific access‑control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate access‑related records.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access to the property, following established procedures for deliveries, contractors, and restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or security‑related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
