As a Security Officer Full Time Access Support in Delray Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and provide professional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $15.92 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Tue 11:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 11:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sun 06:30 AM - 02:45 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff by carrying out access‑control procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entrances, verify authorized access credentials, manage visitor and contractor sign‑in procedures, and maintain accurate access‑related records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, building entrances, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
