You will serve clients across healthcare locations, performing patrols, access control, and customer service while representing a people-first culture.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site requirements and assist with directions.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate shift information to leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Driving Role Patrol in Swiftwater, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.73 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

1. Security Experience:

   • Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of relevant security experience (C115). This experience should demonstrate the ability to handle security-related tasks and responsibilities effectively.

2. Valid Driver’s License:

   • All candidates must hold a valid driver’s license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is essential for roles that require travel or transportation as part of job duties.

3. Access Control/Badge Experience:

   • Candidates should have experience with access control systems and badge management (B201). Familiarity with these systems is crucial for maintaining security protocols within the organization.

4. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet:

   • Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets (B204). This includes the ability to navigate software applications and perform necessary tasks efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, assisting with directions and maintaining professional interactions with all individuals.
• Complete accurate reports and daily activity documentation, and communicate observations, incidents, and shift information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
