Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Operations in Manteca, CA. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts, providing reliable hours and potential to earn more.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out site‑specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Observe and report unusual activity, access control concerns, damaged barriers, and other security‑related conditions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations following site procedures and communicating with supervisors and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify concerns.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Operations in Manteca, CA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

DayTimeWed11:30 PM - 08:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
