• Access control/badge experience is preferred.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner per procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unusual activity to site contacts.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications as required.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑control protocols, and security‑related policies at a financial institution.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including business operations spaces, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
