• Mon: 05:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Tue: 05:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Wed: 05:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Thur: 05:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Fri: 05:30 AM - 01:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at a utility location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, gates, and restricted areas; verify credentials and maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Have access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
