Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to manufacturing and industrial facilities, including verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining access logs, and directing authorized personnel and vehicles.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entrances, production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and access-control concerns in accordance with site-specific requirements.

• Mon: 07:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Thur: 02:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri: 02:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
