Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer full-time Tablet Patrol Reporting in Greensboro, NC. You will serve and safeguard clients, monitor and patrol, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.

This role requires a HS diploma, 18+ years old, background check and drug screen. You will document activity on a tablet and contribute to a welcoming environment. Pay rate is $15.64 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; report unauthorized access and suspicious conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established procedures.
• Prepare clear activity, incident, and patrol reports and share observations with leadership.

Security Officer Full Time Tablet Patrol Reporting in Greensboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts and suspicious conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and contacting appropriate resources as needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports; communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
