• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, monitoring business areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management per site procedures and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation and reporting procedures.
• Prepare clear activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff information per site requirements.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $25.25 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Thu 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Fri 02:00 PM - 12:15 AM
Sun 04:30 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including business areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site procedures, reporting access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff information in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
