10. Assist customers with directions, transportation, and car troubles.
11. Provide assistance to disabled patrons.
12. Observe VLT drop and transport funds to the count room.
13. Dispatch officers and maintain activity logs.
14. Write incident reports as needed.
15. Testify in court for gaming board cases.
16. Physical activity may be required.
17. Meet uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
18. Adhere to attendance and safety policies.
19. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
20. Perform all duties responsibly and as directed by management.
